Johnelka W. Stafford, MBA

Empowering Success Through Experience:

Johnelka began her remarkable journey after earning her bachelor's in Business Management from the University of Baltimore. She served as the Human Relations and Minority Affairs Specialist for the Office of the County Executive, Anne Arundel County from 2007 to 2017. During that time, Johnelka worked diligently to address systemic disparities, honing her skills and passion for fostering equitable and inclusive practices in the workplace. In 2015, she began teaching business management courses at Anne Arundel Community College and in 2017, Johnelka became a full-time faculty member in the Business Management department. Today, Ms. Stafford is the only black, female, full-time faculty member in her department and has become a champion for minority success in business across industries.

In 2022, Ms. Stafford founded JWynter Consulting, driven by a profound commitment to promoting minority business ownership, organizational growth, enhancing project success, and championing diversity and inclusion in the business world. Under her leadership, the firm has rapidly gained recognition for its innovative approaches and client-centric strategies.
